About The Paperwork Project
The Paperwork Project can be traced back to a lunch conversation back in 2008 between Kathy Mills Chang and Bill Esteb, Colorado neighbors who live about 30 minutes from each other.
“Have you noticed how pathetic the admitting paperwork is that most chiropractors are using?” observed Bill.
“Even worse, many aren’t even collecting the correct information,” responded Kathy. "We should put a package together that helps chiropractors comply with their documentation requirements."
Several years later that exchange manifested in The Paperwork Project, LLC. This unique collaboration brings together some of the brightest, most experienced minds in chiropractic patient communications, documentation, coding, examination protocols and graphic design.
